Position Title: Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary
The Innovati Group is looking for an Intelligence Analyst with an active TS clearance supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) (Client) Criminal Investigative Division (CID).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of analyzing intelligence in support of the Intelligence Community.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience analyzing and/or drafting Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) for DoD or DoJ entities
- Experience using analytic techniques to identify trends, fill information gaps, develop judgements; including criminal and/or financial crime intelligence
- Experience using analytical tools such as Palantir, TAC, RMT, for data exploitation and for disseminating raw intelligence
- Substantial knowledge of intelligence operations, procedures, techniques and terminology of the IC; knowledge of developing and presenting products and information
- Experience w/ software applications such as MS Office Suite; and Public Source databases such as Lexis Nexis
Desired Qualifications
- Former Law Enforcement Intelligence or Criminal Intelligence analysis experience
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Significant experience in using a wide variety of analytical techniques used to determine and communicate trends and patterns, fill gaps in information and project events, identify anomalies, ascribe meaning to events or information from disparate sources, and develop defensible judgments and conclusions based on accepted research and analytical methodologies.
- Substantial knowledge of the intelligence and investigative programs’ operations, procedures, techniques, and terminology of the entire Intelligence Community and the FBI; the proper development and presentation of information; and the proper fulfillment of related information needs and responsibilities.
- Substantial knowledge of the Intelligence Community resources and a master in acquiring information from intelligence sources to ensure that the information developed is complete, and, where possible, corroborated for accuracy.
- Highly-developed skill in oral and written communication to provide information, expert advice, and guidance; persuade others to consider recommendations made/argue a position; and abstract concepts and facts clearly and effectively to share with various entities of the intelligence community.
- Review 1023s and other reporting from Legal Attaches (Legats)- in coordination with intelligence personnel assigned to post where appropriate to analyze raw intelligence reporting to expedite Criminal Program reporting and generate additional reporting via Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs);
- Coordinate drafting and dissemination of IIRs with appropriate Criminal Investigative Division (CID) intelligence and operational entities, International Operations Division
